Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of products and manufacturing services supplied by PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS.
01. Research use only
All products supplied by PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or any form of administration. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
02. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, institution, clinic or reseller purchasing for laboratory research purposes only. By placing an order you confirm you are legally permitted to receive and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
03. Orders and pricing
Wholesale pricing is disclosed only after an account is reviewed and approved. Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the quote and may be locked quarterly for approved accounts. Minimum order is 50 vials per SKU; milligram strengths may be mixed within a product to meet the minimum.
04. Production and fulfillment
Products are made to order. Standard production and fulfillment runs 5-10 business days. Shipments originate from our U.S. facilities and are tracked; cold-chain protection is applied where required.
05. Quality and documentation
Every lot is verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry and screened for bacterial endotoxins through an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. A Certificate of Analysis accompanies each batch. Branded COAs and full QC panels are available as an add-on service.
06. Returns and claims
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or reconstituted vials cannot be returned. Damage, shortage or discrepancy claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery with photographs and lot references. Approved claims are resolved by replacement or credit at our discretion.
07. Handling and storage
Buyer accepts sole responsibility for proper handling, storage, labeling and disposal of all materials in accordance with applicable laws and institutional safety requirements.
08. Limitation of liability
PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS's total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the affected product. PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and Buyer agrees to hold PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS harmless for any misuse of the materials supplied.
09. Intellectual property
Custom synthesis work is performed under confidentiality. Customer-supplied structures, specifications and process know-how remain the property of the customer. PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS retains ownership of its own proprietary formulations and processes, including its pre-reconstituted inclusion complex technology.
10. Changes to these terms
PEPTIDE XPLORATIONS may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order governs that order.
